Scholarships for Minority Accounting Students 2000-2001 Online Application

In addition to completing this Online Application Form, you must also mail us your official transcript(s), Financial Aid Worksheet, and Student Aid Report (SAR).

  1. Complete this Online Scholarship Application Form

  2. Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and return it to Federal Student Aid Programs. You should receive a Student Aid Report (SAR) about four weeks from the time your FAFSA is submitted. Any questions pertaining to the FAFSA should be directed to the U.S. Department of Education at 1-800-433-3243.

  3. Complete part I of the Financial Aid Worksheet, being sure to include your social security number, and take the form to your financial aid office for completion. Be sure that they understand that they must complete Part III of the form and return it directly to you in a sealed envelope.

  4. File a request for an official transcript with your registrar's office. Be sure that they understand that the transcript must contain your Spring semester grades as well as an indication of your major. Your social security number must appear on the transcript. The transcript should be mailed directly to you.

  5. Complete Sections A and B of this Online Form. It is through this information that the selection committee will "get to know" you, so think carefully about your responses and write clear, well-organized answers.

  6. Your application materials, other than this Online Form, must be inserted into an envelope and mailed to the AICPA at the address below. It is your responsibility to assure that your financial aid office and registrar have enough time (usually three to four weeks) to get the FAW and transcript(s) to you.

  7. Before mailing your application materials to us, make sure that you have included all required documents. We can only accept original documents, so you may not fax materials to us. Plan carefully so that your application receives the consideration it deserves.

All materials should be sent to:
