Examination Materials Order Form Agreement
In consideration for the AICPA providing its Uniform CPA Examination and Advisory Grading Service, the Board of Accountancy (the Board) agrees to abide by all AICPA rules and procedures regarding the administration and security of the nondisclosed Uniform CPA Examination. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
IT IS FURTHER AGREED and understood that, in consideration for the AICPA providing its Uniform CPA Examination and Advisory Grading Service, the Board agrees to follow the general rules governing the examination (AICPA Explanation to Local Examiners and Proctors and Candidate Instructions) and, on final determination of the grades for candidates writing this examination, notify the AICPA of the Board's acceptance of the AICPA Grade Reports and of any grade changes from Pass (75 and above) to Fail or from Fail to Pass. In addition, the Board agrees to:
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the AICPA has the right to summarize the number of passing (or failing) grades (as reported by the AICPA Advisory Grading Service) changed to failing (or passing) by the Board and to release this information to all other boards of accountancy using this service.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the Board grants the AICPA permission to turn over to NASBA Candidate Advisory Grades, including grades by question, at the same time grades are released to your jurisdiction. NASBA uses this information in its computerized grade reporting service and its report, "CPA Candidate Performance on the Uniform CPA Examination." The AICPA will provide a jurisdiction's advisory grades to NASBA unless the Board submits a request in writing to the contrary.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the Board grants the AICPA permission to destroy the Examination Question Booklets 150 days after the examination section is administered and to destroy the candidate answer papers 330 days after the examination is administered.
IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the Board will pay the AICPA , within 30 days of receipt of invoice, the advisory grading fees. The principal advisory grading fee is $31.00 per candidate paper graded.
